I found Dr. Robin’s key points to be very insightful and actionable. I especially resonated with her point about having a clear understanding of your purpose in life.
I also agree with Dr. Robin that it’s crucial to take care of your mind, body and spirit.
My Challenge to You
My challenge to you my midlife friend is to answer this question. Is your heart in your health and wellness journey?
I know that when my heart is in something, I’m much more likely to succeed. That’s why I make sure to get enough sleep, eat a healthy diet, and work out five days each week. These are all things that contribute to my holistic health and well-being.
I encourage you to take some time to think about how much your heart is in your own health and well-being. Are you devoted to doing everything you can reasonably do to take care of yourself and live a life of wellness?
I believe that when you take care of your mind, body and spirit, you’re better able to live your best life.
