Each week I curate content on a specific topic, usually through an interview, reviewing the facts with you and providing my insights on their significance to your midlife fulfillment.
Each episode also features a BF (before fulfillment) to AF (after fulfillment) idea to help inspire you to take action toward more fulfillment in your life.
I’m not a doctor or therapist. I’m a curator with something to say. On each episode, I will share information I’ve curated from credible sources on the topic of each episode. I’ll also offer my thoughts on the information I’ve curated.
