This week’s guest is Pamela Slim. Pamela has worked with many people as a coach, who express fear and hesitation in sharing their voice on social topics.
On this episode, Pamela explains why some people fear using their voice for change because they’re concerned they may be no different than anyone else or they’re concerned about angering friends, their family, or their boss, or they may be forced to make big choices such as leaving a job, a marriage or separating from certain friends.
Pam explains the power of standing in the truth of what you know you need to be fulfilled in your midlife seasons.
Pam also discusses how she and her husband are empowering people in her local community in Mesa, Arizona through the Mainstream Learning Lab. The lab is a place to enable the community to design programs to highlight local native leaders.
You’ll find much to be inspired by in my conversation with Pamela Slim. Enjoy!
